From liminal to memorable space, what does the urban mobility space of the future look like?
While charging stations have evolved to answer to new car innovations, the experience of the physical space itself has not yet evolved to suit the needs of guests. The brick-and-mortar space functions more as a point of friction rather than a continuation of the guests' journey.
How do we use digital and physical design together to go from a moment of stopping and friction to a moment of ease? What does it look like to rethink the physical space and the ways we interact with it?
